Born and raised in East Hampton, Dr. Edwards is a graduate of East Hampton High School, Allegheny College, and Dalhousie University School of Dentistry. Last autumn, Dr. Edwards and her co-authors were awarded the Daniel M. Laskin Award for the year’s most outstanding article in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for their research in obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Edwards completed the 2-Year Special Care Track Residency at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, with a focus on treating patients with special needs.
